摘要: Neointimal hyperplasia plays an important role in autologous vein graft stenosis, and orphan receptor TR3/nur77 (Nur77) might play essential role, but the mechanisms are still unclear. Here, we investigated function of Nur77 stenosis. Rat vascular smooth muscle cell A7r5 was used for evaluating screen siRNAs. Meanwhile, rat models were constructed investigating stenosis inhibition effects Nur77-targeted The mRNA protein levels highly expressed cell, could be significantly inhibited by pre-designed siRNAs; proliferation also Furthermore, intimal thickening when knocking down expression siRNA. results suggest that siRNA can inhibit may targeted siRNAs a therapy method anti-stenosis graft.
