摘要: Abstract A novel nanohybrid ratiometric fluorescence probe comprised of carbon dots (C-dots) and hydrophilic CdSe@ZnS quantum (QDs) has been developed by simply mixing the blue-emission C-dots with red-emission carboxylmethyldithiocarbamate modified QDs (GDTC-QDs). The exhibits dual emissions at 436 nm 629 nm under a single excitation wavelength. Due to strong chelating ability GDTC on surface mercuric ion (Hg 2+ ), GDTC-QDs in system could be selectively quenched presence Hg while remained constant, resulting an obviously distinguishable color evolution (from red blue) system. detection limit this method was found as low 0.1 μM. Furthermore, recovery result for real samples including tap water lake satisfying, suggesting its potential application sensing.
