摘要: The purpose of the study was to evaluate diagnostic performance non-invasive imaging methods detecting carotid artery stenosis in comparison digital subtraction angiography (DSA) by undertaking a systematic review literature. reviewed include multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) angiog- raphy, duplex ultrasound (US) and magnetic resonance (MR) angiography. A search medical databases (PubMed, Medline, ScienceDirect, ProQuest) English literature performed 22 studies with 68 comparisons were found meet selection criteria included our study. Five MSCT angiography, 11 US 13 MR Both raphy studied seven out 24 studies. value each modality terms sensitivity specificity compared DSA, which is regarded as standard method. mean for 88% (95% CI; 83%-92%) 90% 85%-94%), 81%-94%) 89% 94% 90%-97%) 85%-92%), respectively based on overall assessment. evaluation showed that contrast-enhanced has high detection more than 50% being 95% 92%-98%) 91% 86%-95%). When assessment combination US, reached highest 98% 96%-100%). This analysis indicates especially could be used reliable alternative DSA stenosis.
