Converting Conversation Protocols Using an XML Based Differential Behavioral Model

摘要: Conversation protocols are used to communicate between information systems, with services, sensors, or human beings. As many of these share similar application purposes, the also seem basic functionality. Using Extensible Markup Language (XML) as a unified syntax for data transmission might be step in right direction. Beyond that, mapping techniques like Stylesheet Transformation (XSLT) XQuery can achieve compatibility different by converting messages protocol into new representation. However, approaches come an end soon communication behavior changes. In this paper, we introduce method that allows modeling conversation changes which includes behavior. The model is based on XQueries, transformation, and adds layer top it. Our case study evaluation shows high level versions achieved when using described approach.
