摘要: In this paper we extend our studies to the micro-structure of Matthew effect for countries (MEC). The MEC allows ranking by their Index. rank distribution countries, observable only at a macro-level, has its roots in re-distribution processes citations every journal database. These re-distributed call citations. Data 44 and 2712 journals (based on theScience Citation Index) are analyzed. strength contribution individual (their number citations) is skewly distributed. Due high concentration able define new type core journal: 145 account 50% MEC. carry potential gaining surplus over what expected risk losing as well.
