摘要: Of 250 patients referred to the Stanford Sleep Disorders Clinic, 35 were diagnosed for a sleep induced apnea syndrome. Thirty of them (27 adults and 3 children) nonobese complained disorder. In 12 (9 extensive cardiorespiratory workups done during wakefulness. Three types syndrome identified: diaphragmatic (or central), obstructive mixed. The type was predominant in insomnia; hypersomnia. Hemodynamic changes documented sleep. Tracheostomy, two cases, improved symptomatology.
