摘要: Aged SJL mice spontaneously develop a B-cell malignancy, which has been compared with human follicular center cell lymphoma, an inevitably fatal disease despite conventional therapy (1–4). lymphomas provide model for development of new treatment this by revealing the existence novel target therapy, nonmalignant lymphocytes upon tumor cells are dependent growth (5).
