摘要: Beans inoculated with tobacco necrosis virus were kept in the dark at different temperatures for 1 hr. before and after inoculation; this experiment number of lesions increased temperature over range 55–82° F. The effect 30 min. periods darkness or inoculation depended on time day, local usually being decreased. Prolonging night period sometimes lesions. Light appeared to be more important than controlling daily variation susceptibility. However, a test continued even when plants placed under constant conditions inoculation. When that had been exposed light about 800 f.c. intensity immediately was doubled.
