摘要: In designing microfabricated electrodes or field-effect DNA biosensors, the response to oligonucleotides is often quantified in terms of static changes sensed current potential. More recently, AC impedance device have been used for a variety reasons. We present here small-signal, physics-based model biological Field-Effect Transistors (Bio-FETs), detecting molecules. Our includes kinetics ions electrolyte, as well electrons and holes semiconductor. Using finite-element analysis, we are able BioFET structures. Such can be quantitative indicator hybridization experiments.
