摘要: Falls are the leading cause of injury-related visits to emergency departments in United States and primary etiology accidental deaths persons over age 65 years. The mortality rate for falls increases dramatically with both sexes all racial ethnic groups, accounting 70 percent 75 years older. can be markers poor health declining function, they often associated significant morbidity. Risk factors include increasing age, medication use, cognitive impairment sensory deficits.
