摘要: Abstract The behavioral sensitization produced by the repeated administration of D -amphetamine is known to involve dopaminergic neurons in mesoaccumbens pathway. Induction this process dependent on action drug ventral tegmental area while its expression involves nucleus accumbens. We studied here putative involvement projections other than phenomenon. examined influence lesion medial prefrontal cortex, amygdala and entorhinal cortex injections amphetamine either peripherally or directly into brain. induced a sensitization, with critical site for induction process. This cross-reacted morphine was still observed 2 weeks after cessation treatment. Bilateral 6-hydroxydopamine terminals amygdala, but not prevented development cross-sensitization morphine, whether pretreatment administered area. In conclusion, these results indicated that amphetamine, which area, also neurotransmission cortex.
