摘要: The aim of this study is to experimentally assess the effects an intervention program through a video game called “Aislados” for improvement subjective well-being, mental health and trait emotional intelligence sample adolescents (n = 187). We used well-established measures with appropriate psychometric properties. quasi-experimental design pre-test/post-test repeated measurements control group. First, multivariate analysis variance (MANOVA) then descriptive analyses (ANOVAs) were carried out by randomly assigned experimental conditions. Then, covariance (MANCOVA) was performed on study’s variables as whole. Descriptive post-test scores (ANCOVAs post-test, co-varying pre-test scores), in order demonstrate impact program. effect size reckoned (Cohen’s d). results confirm statistically-significant differences in: Health-Related Quality life, positive affect health. provides effective tool which has been validated. overall allow emphasizing importance implementation programs aimed at encouraging social learning throughout adolescence protective resources fostering behavioral adjustment adolescents.
