摘要: Summary There is a group of disorders characterized by simultaneous and progressive fibrosis several discrete regions the body. This disease complex, “multifocal fibrosclerosis”, most commonly involves retroperitoneal mediastinal compartments may be accompanied cutaneous lesions. In cases aetiology unknown but there good evidence, supported patient we describe, for vasculitic origin in significant proportion patients. We report case multifocal fibrosclerosis associated with These included livedo reticularis recurrent, painful nodules pustules on legs feet, which progressed to chronic ulceration. Histologically was evidence an underlying necrotising vasculitis. A review changes that have been reported association allows speculation regarding process.
