摘要: An approach to increase the coupling efficiency of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) is studied. Refractive microlens arrays are formed on high refractive index glass substrate by etching using reflowed photoresist as mask. Over 65% more extracted from OLED array compared with conventional device, without affecting electrical performance. No color variation induced array.
