摘要: We studied microcavity organic light-emitting devices with a microlens system. A for (OLED) was fabricated by stacks of SiO2 and SiNx layers metal cathode together the array. Electroluminescence showed that color variation under viewing angle due to is suppressed remarkably arrays, which makes use acceptable in many applications. It also demonstrated external out-coupling factor devise increases ~1.8 wide angles compared conventional OLEDs.
