摘要: Inhibition of the neovascularization tumors has proven efficacious in reducing tumor growth and metastases. Attaining antiangiogenesis through cationic lipid-based systemic gene therapy presents an attractive approach to treatment disseminated primary cancers. Intravenous administration endostatin plasmid, complexed with a lipid system, produced significant levels lung circulation. The expressed blocked angiogenesis inhibited murine models. Cytokine induction by lipid/DNA complex increased anti-tumor activities endostatin. These results demonstrate possibility using delivery antiangiogenic for cancer treatment.
