摘要: Abstract The chemical consequences of carbon and nitrogen implantation into LiH were studied. 11C 13N atoms injected by nuclear recoil following the processes 14N(p, α)11C 16O(p,α)13N in BN/LiH AI2O3/LiH powder mixtures with 13 MeV protons. products shortlived radiostopes studied radiochromatography (GC, HPLC). Main 11CH4 (65%) 13NH3 (35%) together (or 13NH2) radicals (65%). In a second attempt, 250 keV 12C+ 14N+ions from an accelerator implanted single crystalline plates at 6 K. analysis was performed situ optical absorption spectroscopy visible infrared spectral region. formation C-H N-H bonds low temperatures confirmed. Carbon implants are more able than those to build up complete reaction such as CH4.
