Properties of a lipase produced byBeauveria bassiana: purification and biochemical studies

摘要: Lipases are some of the crucial enzymes during fungal penetrating process insect integument. Due to importance and lack information on microbial lipases Beauveria bassiana, investigations were carried out purify biochemically characterize these enzymes. The results obtained growth medium demonstrated highest activity lipase 6 days after inoculation while pH was 7.1. After three purification steps, purified enzyme 9.91-fold with specific 20816 U/mg protein, recovery 25% molecular weight 25 kDa. had optimal temperature at 7 35°C stable for 36–72 h under those conditions.
