摘要: Environmental conditions in addition to divalent cations may affect the interactions between pathogens and insects. Elucidation of factors which modulate insect immune responses could be a significant part investigations this area. In study, adults Eurygaster integriceps, as destructive pest wheat, were kept at different temperatures injection with concentrations Ca 2+ find effect on cellular reactions against Beauveria bassiana. Results showed that total differentiate hemocyte numbers, nodule formation phenoloxidase activity increased elevation temperature so higher values obtained 30 40°C various intervals. Higher ion (5 mM) caused an increase plasmatocyte length width especially after 60 min. Similar results observed for E. integriceps by B. bassiana spores activity. It is clear from current study thermoregulation can positively numbers plasmatocytes granulocytes, integriceps. The understanding modulators response directly influence novel approaches obtain safe effective biological control agents.
