A PROCEDURE FOR THE CHARACTERIZATION OF SOIL ORGANIC MATTER

摘要: In a recent cooperative study, in which four laboratories participated, organic matter large number of Canadian soil samples was characterized by relatively simple methods. As result this work we are proposing procedure for the extraction, separation and characterization matter. The includes determinations C total N initial soils, followed isolation from soils humic fulvic acids. Total E4/E6 ratios then determined latter fractions. From these data, proportions extractable soil-C soil-N HA/FA computed.
