摘要: Abstract As a member of the vasohibin (VASH2) family, VASH2 is localized intracellularly as nuclear and cytoplasmic type. Cytoplasmic associated with carcinoma angiogenesis malignant transformation promotes cancer growth. However, function has yet to be investigated. The aim present study was detect expression profile in human organs tissues by protein microarray technique. To examine VASH2, we analyzed relationship between Ki-67, stably constructed overexpression knockdown LO2 HepG2 cell lines, based on previous hepatic cells. conducted using bromodeoxyuridine, immunofluorescent staining, western blot analysis flow cytometry. Nuclear highly expressed actively dividing cells normal tissues. There significant positive correlation indicating that positively correlated proliferation bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) test showed increased S-phase population promoted proliferation, while reduced BrdU absorbance. Cell cycle revealed cells, G0/G1 population. findings this challenge classic view which previously reported an factor. Furthermore, best our knowledge, these results are first clinical data but not driving from S phase.
