摘要: Background Tracheal tube (TT) displacement during general anaesthesia may result in life-threatening complications and continuous direct vision of the position enable safer management. The ETView tracheoscopic ventilation (TVT™) is a single-use TT incorporating video camera light source its tip. view from tip appears continuously on portable monitor anaesthetist's vicinity. This study was designed to test TVT™ monitoring anaesthesia. Methods In this prospective study, used ventilate lungs 30 adult patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), which required changing patient three times. During surgery, anaesthetist followed carinal monitor. Tube movement within 1 cm recorded, as need for repositioning when carina not seen Results anaesthesia, tiny movements synchronous with heart beats lung were observed. detected eight (26%) patients. two (7%) patients, no longer viewed after moving lithotomy repositioned. None events associated changes oxygen saturation, end-tidal CO2, or airway pressure. Conclusions We found that facilitated surveillance by providing clear high-quality carina, throughout PCNL several position.
