摘要: Summary We studied tracheal intubation in manikins and patients with a camera embedded the tip of tube (Vivasight TM ). Four people two teams individuals attempted manikin through an i-gel 10 times each. The tracheas 12 Mallampati grade 1 were intubated Vivasight Berman airway, passed over Frova introducer. All 60 intubations successful, taking mean (SD) time 1.4 (0.5) s. fastest was performed 0.5 participants’ successfully median (IQR [range]) 90 (70–120 [50–210]) Seven participants complained sore throat, comparable earlier findings for standard laryngoscopy intubation: five mild; one moderate; severe. Tracheal or airway is alternative to existing techniques, against which it should be compared randomised controlled trials human participants. It has potential as fast rescue technique.
