摘要: Recent studies have lead to a renewed interest in cytoreductive surgery and intraperitoneal chemotherapy as regional treatment modality for patients with peritoneal surface malignancies. There been multiple phase III randomized trials that shown survival advantage certain patients. More well designed are needed further define which groups of may benefit from chemotherapy.
