The peritoneal component cancer is often the major source morbidity mortality. Despite advances in its diagnosis, surface malignancy always problem management. Surgery alone can never be therapeutic. Even if all visible tumour deposits removed, most likely microscopic residual disease will left behind progression occur. On other hand, systemic chemotherapy, or combination surgery, not so effective such patients ultimately die their disease. In cases, metastases are usually relatively resistant to intravenously administered cytotoxic drugs. A clear dose-effect relation exists, but dose significantly exceeds causes lethal toxicity.
