摘要: A system and method for updating communicating traffic information to at least one receiving vehicle includes a center probe vehicle. In preferred embodiment, major road sections are represented as links, the stores updates parent map database of links that associable with first value condition, each is configured receive copy either periodically or upon request, determine second compare values condition discrepancy.
