摘要: The purpose of these experiments was to determine the effect ethanol dose and time administration on cerebral blood flow (CBF) oxygen consumption (CMRO2). CBF CMRO2 were measured in Sprague-Dawley rats 30 90 minutes after intraperitoneal injections ethanol. Blood alcohol concentrations ranged from 1 3 mg/ml equivalent at both periods. Ethanol produced small but significant increases with concentrations. above changes not dependent similar between minute testing effects metabolism are consistent vitro studies suggesting a related neuronal metabolism. application appears have little metabolic alcohol.
