摘要: Non-glutaraldehyde fixation of an organ or a prosthesis for implantation in mammal is based upon carbodiimide treatment. A solution containing sterilizing agent, such as EDC, combination with coupling enhancer, Sulfo-NHS, and high concentration diamine cross linking agent used. As result, only minimal surface reduction occurs during fixation, the resultant products show dramatic increase resistance to calcification.
