摘要: Reagents, systems and methods for the detection of nucleic acids are described herein, including such which may be performed in a single reaction. Such reagents include target specific indexing probe (TSIP) synthetic DNA structure comprising detectable moiety quencher thereof, wherein presence acid portion (a tag) is released, thereby increasing signal emitted therefrom. The tag turn bind to capture probe, facilitating detection.
