摘要: A method is described for the production of recombinant isotopically enriched peptides in E. coli. Peptides are produced high yield as fusion proteins with ketosteroid isomerase which form insoluble inclusion bodies. This allows easy purification, stabilizes peptide against degradation and prevents bactericidal activity peptide. Cyanogen bromide cleavage released was conjugated alkylamines to lipopeptide. An important advantage this system that it toxic bacteria, we have demonstrated on a dodecapeptide based residues 21-31 human protein lactoferrin.
