摘要: Sm(Co0.70Fe0.21Cu0.06Zr0.03)7.6 sintered magnets with various Hci have been prepared by the conventional powder metallurgy method. Five ranging from 15 to 40 kOe (at 25 °C) were selected examine impact of on irreversible loss and reversible temperature coefficient induction (α). Magnets higher Hk found exhibit lower losses when heated 450 °C. Unlike loss, α was be nearly independent or Hk. These trends suggest that is microstructure related can manipulated process control, while more composition dependent upon overall chemical magnet. Br 8.3 kG, Hc 2.7 kOe, 3.5 BHmax 6.7 MGOe at 450 °C obtained a magnet approximately room temperature. Additional efforts are required produce which utilized
