摘要: Sm(CobalFe0.1CuxZr0.033)z magnets with higher Cu content were found to have intrinsic coercivity Hci at both room temperature and temperatures up 500 °C. For the a ratio z=8.5, reaches maximum of about 40 kOe when x 0.088. But for z=7.0, continues increase increasing 0.128. Microstructure analysis showed that cell size decreases while density lamella phase increases content. A record high 10.8 500 °C was obtained on Sm(CobalFe0.1Cu0.128Zr0.033)z magnet.
