摘要: The present invention relates to a novel process for the preparation of tiotropium bromide there is provided preparing comprising (i) reacting scopine oxalate with diethylamine in an inert solvent form scopine; (ii) and methyl di-(2-dithienyl)glycoIate (MDTG) presence inorganic base, N-demethyltiotropium; (iii) N-demethyltiotropium bromomethane bromide; (iv) crystallizing mixture methanol acetone, optionally thereafter, (v) micronizing so formed.
