摘要: The invention relates to a preparation method of tiotropium bromide intermediate, that is, scopine-2,2-di(2-thienyl)glycolate. is characterized in Lewis acid used as catalyst, and scopine 2,2-di(2-thienyl)methyl glycolate are stirred react with each other an organic solvent at the temperature 50-120 DEG C produce scopine-2,2-di(2-thienyl)glycolate, wherein selected from one or more non-alcohol, non-carboxylic non-ester solvents.
