摘要: We have recently reported the isolation of purified platelet membrane glycoproteins IIb and IIIa generation monospecific antisera to these proteins. Using in an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay system, it is no demonstrated that glycoprotein (GPIIb) (GPIIIa) form a complex with human fibrinogen. The formation this GPIIb-GPIIIa fibrinogen calcium dependent, specific, saturable, inhibited by specific amino sugars acids. These observations suggest macromolecular on surface acts under proper physiologic circumstances as binding site required for normal aggregation.
