摘要: For many years the role of lysophospholipids (LPLs) was associated only with structural and storage components cell without any informational function. Today, based on research projects performed during last decades, it is clear that some LPLs act as hormone-like signaling molecules thus are very important inter- intracellular lipid mediators. They can activate specific membrane receptors and/or nuclear regulating crucial physiological pathophysiological processes. The were iden- tified involved in a majority cellular processes, including modulation disease-related mechanisms observed, for instance, case diabetes, obesity, atherosclerosis cancer. Among LPLs, lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) lysophosphatidylinositol (LPI) becoming attractive topics. Their recently revealed activities novel ligands orphan G protein-coupled (i.e., GPR55 GPR119) tumor physiology insulin secretion seem to be one most interesting aspects these compounds. Moreover, recent scientific reports emphasize significance acyl chain structure bound glycerol basis LPL, entails different biological properties
