Longitudinal radiologic evaluation of osteoarthritis of the knee.

摘要: Radiologic assessment appears to be an objective standard for longterm evaluation of osteoarthritis (OA) and it is inexpensive, quick, simple noninvasive. We conducted a one year followup study patients with OA the knee evaluate reproducibility validity this evaluation. The intra interobserver radiologic variables were evaluated on 275 539 patients, respectively, found satisfactory (intraclass coefficient correlation above 0.70 space narrowing joint).
