摘要: Radiologic assessment appears to be an objective standard for longterm evaluation of osteoarthritis (OA) and it is inexpensive, quick, simple noninvasive. We conducted a one year followup study patients with OA the knee evaluate reproducibility validity this evaluation. The intra interobserver radiologic variables were evaluated on 275 539 patients, respectively, found satisfactory (intraclass coefficient correlation above 0.70 space narrowing joint). During study, there was slight but statistically significant deterioration joint narrowing, 6 grade scale 360 (p less than 0.001). changes in more closely correlated treatments received by (nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) intake, synovial fluid aspiration) recorded clinical (pain visual analog scale, Lequesne algofunctional index). Moreover, some factors such as obesity, generalized flares appeared narrowing. Further studies are necessary confirm and/or explain relationship between (i.e., NSAID OA, OA), which detected study.
