摘要: Effector–target conjugation between different cell populations of human NK cells and K562 tumor has been studied from binding isotherms obtained data effector (α) target (β) conjugate frequencies measured by flow cytometry analysis at effector-to-target ratios. Non-linear linear regression methods were applied to these calculate the parameters that characterize process conjugation, namely, maximum frequencies, dissociation constant conjugates formed, units area under isotherms. The results show that: (1) effector–target is faster, unbiased more suitable than microscopic counting conjugates, thereby permitting larger number in shorter times, (2) derived differ those microscopy, (3) discrepancies two are due presence several engaged multicellular detected as single particles (4) population distributions formed values ratio permit above be corrected.
