摘要: Many genetic aberrations in significant cancer-related genes and pathways have been described bladder cancer including recurrent somatic mutations copy number alterations, some of which may represent druggable targets. In addition, many involved epigenetic regulation are significantly mutated result inactivation these genes, indicating a functional significance potential role tumorigenesis cancer.
