摘要: In this article, we aim at using the policy arrangement approach to explain renewal of nuclear power in Finland from 1986 2010. From point view national decision making, distinguish three different periods: (1) rejection (1986–1993), (2) revival (1994–2002) and (3) (2003–2010). Within each period, four dimensions which are, such as coalitions, ‘rules game’, discourses resources are analysed. The periods indicate that development has not been unilinear. ‘shock event’ Chernobyl mixed up arrangement.
