摘要: The present study evaluated the acute inflammatory response induced by carrageenin (500 µg) injected in swim bladder of Nile tilapia, after fed or not probiotic supplemented diet. Fifty four fish were distributed six treatments and three replicates: Group A: Fish unsupplemented diet: 0.5 mL saline-injected fish; with 500 µg diluted saline; Non-injected. B: carrageenin-injected Fifteen days feeding saline. After hours, exudate was collected, as well blood for hematocrit, red cell (RBC) white (WBC) counts, differential count leucocytes phagocytic activity blood. Supplementation did influence RBC, hematocrit numbers lymphocytes basophils number neutrophils significantly higher carrageenin. Glucose concentration non-injected than that observed saline ones. Probiotic potentialized migration cells to focus animals irritant. In occurred greatest relation those treatments.
