摘要: The anomaly in the low-energy distribution of quasielastic neutrino events reported by MiniBooNE Collaboration is discussed. We show that observed excess electronlike could originate from production and decay a heavy ({nu}{sub h}) detector. {nu}{sub h} with mass around 500 MeV created mixing {mu}} neutral-current interactions decays radiatively into nugamma lifetime {tau}{sub {nu}}{sub < or approx. 10{sup -9} s due to transition magnetic moment between light {nu}. Existing experimental data are found be consistent strength |U{sub {mu}}{sub h}|{sup 2}approx =(1-4)x10{sup -3} {mu}{sub tr}{approx_equal}(1-6)x10{sup -9}{mu}{sub B}. Finally, we discuss reason why no significant has been recent antineutrino data.
