摘要: A method for the decentralised solution of congestion management problem in large interconnected power systems is presented. The multi-area achieved through crossborder co-ordinated redispatching by regional transmission system operators. co- ordination performed a pricing mechanism inspired Lagrangian relaxation. prices used co-ordination subproblem solutions are electricity exchanges between adjacent areas.
