摘要: Epoxy-crosslinker curing reactions and the extent of are critical parameters that influence performance each epoxy system. The an prepolymer with amine functional group may be accompanied by side such as etherification. Commercial prepolymers were cured different commercial amines at ambient well elevated temperatures. Singularly, only epoxy–amine observed diglycidyl ether bisphenol-A (DGEBA)-based epoxides in our research even upon post-curing 200°C. Etherification reaction was found to occur a cure temperature 200°C possessing tertiary moiety. A combined goal understand effect tougheners on blend. To discern cure, core–shell rubber (CSR) particles incorporated into It CSR did not restrict system from proceeding complete moieties. Besides, accelerate epoxy-amine lower level conversion. activation energy compared control supported catalytic blends.
