摘要: Background This review aimed to provide constructive suggestions for the control and management of avian influenza through quantitative qualitative evaluation impact different live poultry market (LPM) interventions. Methods Both English Chinese language databases were searched articles that published on or before 9 November 2018. After extraction assessment included literature, Stata14.0 was applied perform a meta-analysis explore impacts LPM Results A total 19 studies identified. In total, 224 human, 3550 poultry, 13 773 environment samples collected intervention; 181 people, 4519 9562 environments sampled after Avian virus (AIV) detection rates in (odds ratio [OR], 0.393; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.262-0.589) incidence AIV infection (OR, 0.045; CI, 0.025-0.079) significantly lower interventions, while interventions not effective reducing 0.803; 0.403-1.597). Conclusions can reduce human infections rate environments.
