摘要: Abstract Men who have sex with men (MSM) engage in transactional are at increased HIV risk, and face complex barriers to care seeking. Among 2,035 recruited through an MSM social/sexual networking website Latin America reported being HIV-infected, 186 (9.1%) paid for another man the past year. Engagement was associated decreased odds of receiving medical (AOR=0.57, 95% CI=0.37–0.85). No significant differences were seen on antiretroviral therapy (ART) or ART adherence once care.
