摘要: In fragmented landscapes, species are often found in spatially separated, but interacting metapopulations. The combination of dispersal, competition and environmental variations lead to distribution patterns, especially clumps, patches, boundaries zones. Pollen charcoal analyses show that fires can trigger rapid changes forest composition. Phylogeography makes it possible trace postglacial migrations genetic variation.
