摘要: The gut microbiota refers to the trillions of microorganisms residing in intestine and is integral multiple physiological processes host. Recent research has shown that bacteria play a role metabolic disorders such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases. mechanisms by which affects diseases are two major routes: (1) innate immune response structural components (e.g., lipopolysaccharide) resulting inflammation (2) bacterial metabolites dietary compounds SCFA from fiber), have biological activities regulate host functions. Gut evolved with humans mutualistic partner, but dysbiosis form altered metagenome collected microbial activities, combination classic genetic environmental factors, may promote development disorders. This paper reviews available literature about aforementioned reveals gaps knowledge for future study.
