摘要: Background: Few studies have reported the outcomes of surgical treatment an acute grade-III posterolateral knee injury. Our purpose was to report objective stability and subjective for a prospective series patients with injury treated anatomic repair and/or reconstruction all injured structures. Methods: A study within six weeks initiated in May 2005. International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) scores bilateral varus stress radiographs were obtained at each visit, including preoperatively final follow-up visit. In addition, completed Cincinnati IKDC evaluations. All associated cruciate ligament tears reconstructed concurrently. Results: Twenty-nine (twenty-four men five women mean age twenty-seven years) (thirty knees) enrolled study. Eight knees had isolated corner injury, ten also anterior tear, four posterior eight both ligaments. Four lost prior two years, resulting cohort twenty-five (twenty-six knees). subscores improved significantly time evaluation average 2.4 years postoperatively. Varus demonstrated significant improvement side-to-side difference lateral compartment gap, from 6.2 mm 0.1 follow-up. The 21.9 81.4 points 29.1 81.5 points, respectively. Conclusions: Treatment injuries avulsed structures, midsubstance tears, concurrent any resulted stability. Level Evidence: Therapeutic Level IV.
