摘要: Hematologic determinations were made on cardiac blood from normal hamsters and four groups of at daily intervals after total body irradiation with 600 r, 1000 1200 r 1500 r. Pancytopenia, lowered hematocrit, decreased hemoglobin occurred. The clotting times extended in the groups, this defect was correlated temporally thrombocytopenia disrupted mast cells. sedimentation rates increased terminally lethally-irradiated hamsters. significance these findings relationships to visual observations peripheral circulation such as leukocytic pavements capillary venular endothelium, platelet thromboembolic phenomena, erythrocytic extravasations, circulating red cell aggregates are discussed.
